This report provides an overview of the "Sales Performance Analytics" project, showcasing the use of Looker Studio to transform raw sales live-data into actionable insights for a client.

Based on the provided instructions and information, the project was focused on creating a live-interactive-all-time dashboard; that updates itself whenever data is added into the google sheet, for a sales agency specializing in the sale of various products, primarily online courses. The dashboard serves as a vital tool for visualizing and analyzing key performance metrics, tracking the sales process, and providing valuable insights to stakeholders.

Objectives

The primary objectives of the project are as follows

1. Sales Process Tracking:

Track the sales process, including application, qualification, booking, and call outcomes.

Monitor metrics such as no-show rates and enrollment rates.

2. Sales Team and Marketing Analysis:

Analyze the performance of sales teams and marketing personnel.

Understand their impact on sales.

3. Dashboard Creation:

Develop an interactive data dashboard that offers an overview of the sales agency's performance.

Enable data filtering by clients.

3. Data Points and Metrics:

Identify and visualize key data points and metrics related to the sales process, client performance, and sales team activities.

4. Client-Specific:

Emphasize the creation of a client-specific dashboard for each clients to provide tailored insights into the sales agency's performance.

Data Source

The data source was available in google sheet. It had 2 sheets, 90 columns and constantly updated rows. Data was constantly added into the data source. This made my client ask for a live dashboard.

The sheets were added into looker studio individually.
